Trekking Lodges at Kyangin Gompa, some tea house between Thharkeghyang and Melamchipul, between uninhabited regions. High altitude equipments and climbing gears (also for the sherpas and porters), 2 x 70 m, rope for Ganja La.

This is a 10-day adventurous trek across the hills of Helambu to Gosainkunda (a holy lake) followed by the trek in the Langtang Valley and Dhunche.  On this trek, one can see the Gompas in Sing and Syabru, local cheese factory in Sing, wild animals in the Langtang Valley.

Involve walking 5-7 hours a day.
